Truth: While VR provides complete immersion into a virtual world, AR and MR can provide a more accessible means to doing so by removing barriers such as motion sickness and allowing users a personalized immersive experience by including the user’s physical environment into the experience.

Myth: Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality are the same.

Truth: Here are some more examples. In Mixed reality, the digital ball can bounce on the physical walls. In Augmented reality, you can throw the ball into a digital hoop in your room, but neither is attached to your physical space.
